Worked a deal via email with Justin Ostermeier
Had a great experience working with Justin in buying a used Expedition. I live an 1.5 hours from the dealership and did not want to make a trip without knowing that I could get a deal close to what I wanted. I worked with Justin via email, sending pictures of my trade with descriptions. I finally made the trip after shopping at dealerships most of the day in St Louis and got to the dealership on a Sat - 1/2 before closing. Justin came through with an offer that was just as we had discussed via email. Justin - I know we kept you (and the finance guy) late on Sat to get everything finalized - appreciate your effort and will come back to Rob Riding and yourself the next time I'm in need of a vehicle.

So Appreciative
Came in on the spur of the moment on a Friday morning. I had a rear turn signal out. I knew I'd have a busy weekend on the road in my 2015 Expedition and needed to get it fixed right away for safety reasons. There was a line of vehicles to be serviced and I was short on time. Blake came to my rescue. He came out into the parking lot and fixed my turn signal right there on the spot. My Hero! I can't sing his praises loud enough. I only hope he knows how much I appreciated him going above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Five star service all the way.

An easy car buying experience
I came in after doing weeks of research, came in met my salesman Jacob Lahr and everything went smoothly I can't comment on any financing because I was a cash buyer. I live my car and will have it serviced at the dealership until it is time to do it all over again.

Good Service
Dropped in for a quick oil change and got right in. Make over at the service desk looks very nice. Not as crazy about the seating area changes. There are less seats and I've been there before when there was more seating all the seats were full. They guys are always good to me.

Purchase 2015 Chevy Sonic
Our experience was great. Staff was friendly and helpful from the time we walked in the door. Salesman was awesome! and the Finance Dept. was awesome also. We went and looked later evening picked out the car and closed all within 24 hours. Would do business there again
