Again and again!

I've been buying and trading at Ridings for many years; since Geoff was a salesman! Have never had anything but great experiences. Entire staff (sales, service, body shop) has always been polite, helpful, efficient and focused on fixing my issues. I live in Springfield and would not consider doing business with a local dealership. The last time I did business with a Springfield dealer could be considered ancient and painful history!

Just purchased a 2013 Chevy Impala

Great buying experience. Everything went smooth. The whole process was a great experience and makes us again give two thumbs up to Bob Ridings. We just went to look and talk, and came home with a car!

getting car fixed

They did a great job fixing my 2015 ford explorer. Bob Ridings is the best place to go. I would not shop anywhere else to buy a vehicle or have a vehicle fixed!!

Great buying experience

I've bought an SUV and more recently a new F150. Both times I dealt with Dave Schafer. In each case he's been very helpful in finding what I was looking for and making the entire process go smoothly. He goes out of his way to accommodate any reasonable request. I'll definitely keep Bob Ridings in mind for any future needs and Dave will be my first point of contact.

Great company for new vehicle

We have been dealing with Mr. Schafer for over 10 years now in buying vehicles. He has always been at the top of his game. We give a brief description of wants and he has never failed to put us in the car/truck/SUV that we want. I would recommend him 1000% to anyone looking.

Service & Sale

Started shopping for a new car while having brake work done on my 11 year old Town & Country van. I test drove a Chevy Equinox, loved it but not the metalic black color. Jeff arranged for a silver one to be brought from the Monticello dealership. It was perfect except for a flawed paint touch up done on the tailgate. They fixed the paint, had a second key made for me, gave me a loaner car to drive, & I brought my new Equinox home last night :) Thank you Jeff & Geoff for your patience & going above & beyond to put me in another Bob Ridings car. I won't shop anywhere else!!!!!

Excellent Service

Purchased my dream car from them and from start to finish my salesman was there helping my fiancé and I every step of the way. The process was very quick and in just a few hours I had my car. I couldn't have had a better, first time car buying, experience than what I had with Bob Ridings or a better salesman!!

Tire repair

Had 2 tires leaking air. Service fixed both tires quickly and at a very reasonable price. I've purchased 6 vehicles from them and have happy with all of them

Excellent Service

I had a transmission problem with my 2013 Ford Fusion (purchased at Ridings) and took it in for service. Since I live in Springfield, I needed a rental and was supplied with a very nice Ford Escape and told that they would find the problem. They did and took care of it. Great people and great service.
