Purchased a used vehicle on a Saturday.
Purchased a used vehicle on a Saturday. Rick told us they’d detail it while we finished up in financing. Came out to see our sparkling newly washed car waiting outside Opened the door to find nothing had been touched on the inside. Sand and dirt on the seats everywhere. Rick then told us they were short handed and couldn’t get to it that day. Told us to call to schedule a detail “if we wanted” but said they were booked when we called to schedule. Disappointing and unprofessional.

We were finally able to schedule a detail yesterday but it looks like nothing was done. In fact, when they said they detailed it on our purchase day, they left a spray bottle with cleaning solution & a rag in it in the 3rd row seats and after our appointment yesterday, the spray bottle and rag were still there. Surely, if they detailed the vehicle yesterday, they would have noticed their supplies left there and taken them out. It was maybe vacuumed but nothing was detailed as you'd expect from a car purchase. At this point, it's not so much the detailing that's the problem, it's the blatant dishonesty and lack of customer care.

Seems to have poor financing options with high interest rates and their only negotiation on price is to tell you to put more money down, not lower their selling price. Wasn't impressed with my experience.

Dealership Refuses Outside Financing
I was trying to make an out of state purchase with an approved loan from my bank. I made the sales person, Patrick, clearly aware of the situation from the begginning and in writing. I was told they did not have the "White" car I was looking for, but that a sister dealership had it. All I needed was a Buyer's order to complete the deal. Since we had a special financing situation, I made very clear from the beggining that I wanted to use my bank, the buyer's order was created/signed and the $500 deposit they requested to hold the car was paid. That same afternoon I was notified that the dealer had a direct lending agreement with my bank and that financing needed to be done through the dealer. I was asked to complete an application and that they would work with my bank to offer the deal under the same terms. I explanined that it was a very specific situation and the reason why I wanted to go through my bank directly. I was again asked to complete the application and sent a link to the application. I completed the application and sent a couple messages as follow up. Three days later I am told that they have great news, that they can do a loan for about 14% APR, which I declined considering that my bank rate was 6.24%. Today, I am told that my deposit is not refundable. This is a very unethical way to do business. I grew up in Colorado and this is not a Super Dealin' Doug Deal for sure. I will also file a complaint with the BBB.

Smooth and painless
Was working with 4 different KIA dealerships looking for a specific color and make of a 2023 Telluride. All promised me that they would be able to accommodate me but only Arapahoe KIA pulled through and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The expected arrival time was spot on. Once the vehicle arrived, the purchase process was smooth and painless. I got the car I wanted with no hassles whatsoever. Probably the first time ever in all my years of buying cars.
