My service was done as promised in a very reasonable amount of time. My appointment time was honored, and they started work right away. Everyone was helpful and kind. I love being able to get my estimate approved electronically. At other dealerships, I've felt like I've had to wait for the service writer to have time to explain to me, I prefer having the power to review and approve. My only dream would be to have a table or something to work at while I was waiting.
