Great Service Experience with Summit Ford. I had another Ford dealer work on fixing the 4 Wheel drive. I paid them 3 times to fix a vacuum line that was severed by a blowout. Evertime I needed it to work it didn't. I don't even think they tested it. I recently found out in a blizzard it wasn't working again. The light says it's working, but it wasn't>Dangerous situation. To make matters worse I had to be in Denver the next morning. I called Cody at Summit Ford in the morning, he indicated they were full but to bring it down and if there was a cancellation they would fit me in. Dropped it off at 10:30 called me back at 3:00 and it was done and tested. Thank goodness. Made the meeting in Denver and back in time for more snow. Can't say enough of about the communication, dedication and quality of workmanship. Thanks Cody and Summit Ford!

The service was great. I bought tires from you - your staff was always friendly and helpful. So far the tires are performing just as i had hoped. I just wish it would have cost a little less to install the new tail lights.

Recently I noticed some dry rot on a set of tires I had purchased from Summit Ford. They were extremely helpful in sending the tires back for a warranty inspection, something Big O would never do, I know because I have tried! They set me up with my first set of true winter tires... after 10 years in Summit, and man are they awesome! During my visit I asked many questions about servicing my aging F150, which they happily answered to help me save a few bucks. Also I was supprised to have them NOT suggest new brake pads, where other dealerships have... I have inspected them myself after some one else suggested I have them replaced... they were more than fine. The one part they did suggest replacing, based on rustiness was checked vs milage and decided it was not yet time.

Very helpful. Have great information for upcoming possibilities with my vehicle.

Ben is a true value to this dealership. He is always the most helpful, conscientious and attentive representative at this dealership. You are very lucky to have found such a strong employee in Summit County. This is the first Ford I have ever owned, and it is people like him that would keep me as a customer when looking for my next car. I will be upgrading my Chevy Tahoe to another towing vehicle before long and will give Ford the chance to find me what I need. I would also like to thank Sam for the shuttle service. So Easy. Stephanie is so easy to work with. There is no pressure and she really wants to find the best car fit for her clients.

The writer noted our concerns and commented on their procedures. He gave us a key ring punch card for future savings. A driver gave us a ride home. a look at the power steering fluid level and color resulted in a phone call to approve a flush and change.

The pricing was fair and the negotiations were reasonable, equitable, and straightforward. I appreciate this refreshing approach.
