The car required fixing the air bag warning system. The time required to schedule an appointment was excessive, but I was told that this was due to Covid-19 reducing the number of service personnel. Then a required part for the repair was back ordered. The time to delivery this part was excessive. It took several days and no loaner vehicle was offered. My family has been in the shopping for a new car and dealers we contacted stated that loaner vehicles would be provide if repairs took extended time. This is an important perk, because we had to rent a car while waiting for service.

Everything was great except the parts department not ordering the parts needed. Nick was fantastic. The repairs were done correctly. The loaner car was very helpful.
