Great experience

Nick Miller was very helpful and worked with us very professionally. Different experience with the pandemic going on.Aaron Robinson finished the deal. Appreciate all they did to get us not one new car but two. Thanks guys

Buying a new F-150 Truck

This dealership is great! Worked up deal over text, email, and phone before driving 2 hours for test drive. Every employee was professional and respected the social distancing guidelines. Thomas knocked this one out of the park! Thank you Interstate Ford for a great experience!

Handling my new car delivery

The sales department really took good care of us when we came to pick up our new fusion on May 9,2020. Especially John and Lawrence who set up all the necessary info into the car. I would refer anybody that asked me about Interstate Ford.

Oil change at Interstate Ford Miamisburg Ohio

Took my 2019 Ford F250 for oil change. Had to make an appointment because of Coronavirus. Got it home noticed a puddle under my truck. Black oil specks all over the sides of truck. Drain plug was not tightened so leaking oil. I drove it home and it could have been a blown engine!! They want to give me a "free" oil change

Service was good. I wish they would wash the car like other dealerships do for any service

Angel was super sweet and displayed great customer service. When I called about my check engine light coming on, she told me that I could come to the service department to figure everything out. I spent 1.5 waiting but it was worth the wait due to the great service that was done on my car!

My truck

Don't take the time to do things right will not take my truck here for service or buy anything from Interstate ford in Dayton again!
