I got approved for my new 2018 Volkswagen Atlas suv. And on day 45 the company sent a reposition gentleman to take my SUV back saying my loan wasn't approved even though it was approved and I have the signed contract and all

Jordan Gonzalez, our salesperson is outstanding! He's a great listener, and he always responds thoughtfully and respecrfully. He's well-versed in the big and small features of every Ford product we discussed. Jordan is totally customer-focused. He spent hours, over several days, trying to achieve my target price and monthly payment. Ultimately, because Jordan worked so hard, and we had such a great experience with everyone we worked with at Andy Mohr Ford, I decided to purchase the car from him, even though we ended up about 4% above my target price and payment. Finalizing the paperwork was an amazing process, viewing and then signing most of the dozens of pages of required paperwork on a huge smart desktop using a stylus. Upon completion, most of the purchase documents were then provided to us immediately on a flash drive, rather than use dozens of sheets of paper.
