Recently my 2017 Ford Focus was serviced.

Recently my 2017 Ford Focus was serviced. I was very grateful for the pickup and delivery service! It was such a good convenience for me. Indy had just had snow storm I was so grateful for Andy Mohr pickup and delivery services On the check points I was told to keep an eye on pertaining to my car was accurate with what I also had notice. I felt I could trust their findings during yrly servicing! The transport driver was punctual and friendly, my car was returned in a very timely period (in spite of weather conditions!) I was very impressed. My car does seem to run smoother so Thank you Andy Mohr Ford and the technician who worked on my car. I'm a "senior" and it's important I feel safe in my car and it continues to run well. Again I appreciate the transport service Thank you Andy Mohr Team

Clean, friendly, honest, fair. No pressure and willing to make it work for everyone. Highly recommend. Jose was outstanding and paid attention to details. My 12 year old son was with us and had mentioned wanting a particular bag of chips. When Jose went to fill our new vehicle with fuel, he surprised our son with a bag of those chips.

I was a fan of this dealership and was a repeat customer

I was a fan of this dealership and was a repeat customer until I found out I was lied to by salesman, Bradley McHugh. I ordered a 2022 Mustang during covid and was told the 4G LTE Hotspot was not available due to covid shortages. I confirmed with the salesman, thru emails I still have that the part could and would be installed when it became available. I have been emailing him and Maureen Stout periodically over past 6 months with no response until today when Maureen just responded with ‘you will need to call the parts department’. I called and Clarence in that department tried to be helpful and do some research but he called me back saying he talked to the salesman and they dont owe me anything and even if part can be installed that I will have to pay for it. I bought this car with confirmation that i would receive this part when available and I will be contacting Ford with the confirmation emails I have from the salesman. We have bought at least 4 fords in the past 6 or so years but will not be purchasing from ford/Andy Mohr again.

My wife and I bought a Ford Cmax from William.

My wife and I bought a Ford Cmax from William. He was awesome. He helped us the day before we purchased, getting all the paperwork arranged. We live in Ohio and had over a 3 hour drive each way. William as honest and helpful the whole way! Great guy! Marcia was our finance person. She made the process easy and fun. Great person! So all the way around a great experience!

First I go to website to get terms that's cool. Next I don't hear anything from dealership until time for delivery then get told I need 8k down for a car priced on a special for 10k it took them over 4 hours to even process anything thanks to Kim and William. They're scammers at this location. I'm sure a law suit can be made because the website itself is messed up and they say we don't see your information anywhere after sending screenshots. Don't go here

I had the best customer service today at the Ford service

I had the best customer service today at the Ford service department! Clarance was amazing!!! Service took longer than expected but I was reading and didn’t notice! First thing Clarence did was apologize. With as many people that always complain about everything wanted to make to share my excellent customer service experience! Thank you Clarance and Andy Mohr Ford!!!
