Best Customer Experience Ive Ever gotten

I came into the dealership expecting a no, as I had gotten that from 2 other dealerships. So my hopes were pretty low so that I didn't get let down. I was tondo just like I thought and when they saw that I was upset they did everything in their power to get me the vehicle that worked. They found one that worked and was everything I was looking for. Later, I drove off in that vehicle.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Since I walked in the door to checking up for my oil change. They did a great job quick and easy! This is my first actual dealer I have dealt with and they have been more than amazing! Easiest purchase

Was very easy to deal with; was in and out very quickly. Had no hassles or issues. Dennis Pennington was more then easy to help us with what we needed. Keri Price our finance had us exactly where we wanted and explained any question we had, and Doug Coello in sales was quick but respecftul and even helped transfered our stuff from car to car

Donna Fields is an awesome sales rep at Andy Moore

Hate the thought of wheeling and dealing while buying a car due to the games they play from A-Z. Just have no stomach for it. Thank God dealing with Donna Fields at Andy Moore was not that way. From finding a car, test driving, to agreeing on a very honest price took less than 30 minutes total. Got a better deal and vehicle than the car lot I just walked away from. Donna was excellent to deal with and I strongly recommend dealing with her to get your auto.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience in purchasing a new truck. Tom Ziss was very helpful and knowledgeable in making some of my choices with the options on my purchase. The coffee there is pretty good too.
