New Family Car

Asanti (salesman) and Andy (finance manager) went above and beyond for our family. Making sure we got the best deal on the car we needed. They answered TONS of questions and were accessible at all times. It was truly the best car buying experience we have ever had and we are so appreciative of their time and efforts. We left with a gorgeous 2019 Ford Flex and couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Phenomenal

I am a repeat customer to Andy Mohr Ford and each time I am amazed at the treatment and service I receive. I have a particular salesman I deal with and he has become like another son to me. I love Andy Mohr Ford. Everyone from the receptionist to the general manager are absolutely wonderful to deal with.

Horrible quality and service

This is the 4th time I've had my vehicle in for service. 3 recall related repairs and 1 non-recall related (scheduled for 1/30/19). The quality of work, communication and follow up, and overall attitude of the staff is atrocious. This will be my last Ford truck purchase and absolutely my last purchase at any Andy Mohr dealership

Don was a nice salesman and not pushy which is preferred.

We had a good experience with our salesman (Don) and the dealership. The only thing that I would have asked is that my purchase was able to be "detailed" prior to leaving as it was a long drive for us to bring the vehicle back but they reimbursed my gas so that made up for the inconvenience. Overall I will recommend them to others.

Unappreciated

Service department is always packed and taking vehicle in can be an all day event. When I do take vehicle I don’t feel it gets the quality service. Rushing mechanics in my opinion results in bad experiences and creates issues. Told something about vechicle which isn’t true doesn’t sit well with me since they are suppose to be the experts. I shouldn’t have to take my vehicle in to another place for a second opinion. I would rate lower but there is some effort by some staff that makes the experience acceptable. The service on vehicles and lack of knowledge makes this rating in my opinion.

Reggie is great!

Every time I come to the dealership Reggie takes great care of me. I have had some weird problems with my car and warranty. Reggie has done a great job on making sure that I leave happy. I will be back in again soon.

Everything went smooth. Justin ( salesman ) did a great job. picked up the van, full of gas. Just wish it would have been washed.
