Awesome used car purchase!

Excellent service on my used car purchase! Got the deal done in minutes, very fair price and got me out of my existing lease! Thrilled that our sales advisor was able to hand deliver the car to us, due to our crazy work schedules!!

Oil change

I really like the service Andy Mohr gives. I have noticed the oil changes have increased. Not sure why the prices has hiked up so much

New car buying

I have bought a few new cars and this is first time buying from Andy Mor and I will do it again it was one of the best times from beginning to end and thanks a lot for asking !!!!!

STEALERSHIP ALERT! take your money elsewhere

I went to the andy mohr plainfield dealership to buy a used 2006 grand marquis. The customer service was hardly average to say the best but that wasn't even the worst part. During the test drive I discovered that the transmission slipped in 4th gear. When we went into the office to try and come to a deal I mentioned this and they responded by dropping the price 100 dollars (off 3300 which is top dollar for that car) to "copensate" for the 1700 dollars it would cost me to get a remanufactured transmission. Here comes the best part though, after they declined my offer on the car they said that "someone with less knowledge on the subject wouldn't even notice the difference and they would drive it for a little bit, then when it fails they will just bring it back and pay us to fix it." I hope this goes to show why I would call this place a stealership and not a dealership.

Helpful, great positive attitudes, awesome

We had a great experience, our salesman went above and beyond considering the Indiana weather at the time. Greatness all around!! The finance manager was so upbeat and so energetic.
