Great customer service

Doug did amazing with my deal. He was able to help me get my dream vehicle. He was patient and kind. He took time to explain all the new features on the new car and made sure I knew how to use them. It was a great buying experience.

Accident avoided

Usually bring all my car to get serviced here at Andy Mohr. Friday we took my truck in for routin maintenance and when the truck was done and ready outside ready for me to take the truck I noticed the back passenger wheel was lose and all lug nuts where loose. I have picture and video to proof.

Collision Center Review

Took my car to the Collision Center for repairs. Stacy Davis was EXTREMELY helpful and KIND! His quote was right on the money & my car was delivered on time!! Loved the entire staff!!

2016 Ford Escape

Been looking a little while so we kinda knew what we were going after. That helped a ton. Used Autotrader and cars.com in our search. We think Andy Mohr Ford was competitive in price and the team did what they could to help. They let us look at all their Escape's in the row and that did help too. There is always a little better deal out there, but I think we did ok. Just hope the low mileage Escape serves well. Have not had long enough to do an honest evaluation on service.

Reported wrong data to CarFax

I brought the car for 23,220. Later I saw a CarFax Ad that the car was sold at $400 less. I called them and they told that they will get back. I didn't get a call back, seems the Ad was removed from Carfax the next day. I checked the current value of my car, its far too low at CarFax. I don't how many of their clients are aware of this.

Owner of small business

This was my 3rd purchase over the years. The last 2 were with Kyle Hensley as the salesman. He gave me great service both times. Jeff handled the finance part and was great to work with. Andy Mohr Ford is the only place I go when I need a vehicle.

Fast and efficient
