It was very friendly, yet businesslike. Vicki is amazing and was ver patient with us older persons. All personnel recognized us with greetings. Pam made the closing papers go quickly.

Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Corey wasn't pushy at all and let us make our own decisions without trying to persuade us a certain way. The kids loved the friendly staff and popcorn and the youngest so far still sleeps with her bear.

I have purchased most of my vehicles from Westtown and

When I checked in the service department, I explained

When I checked in the service department, I explained that I needed to be at a doctor's appointment at a certain time, I was ensured that it shouldn't be a problem, but if it was,I would have transport to and from doctor's office. The work was finished ahead of appointment, and I was told I had reward points to use for payment. I appreciate the great service and kindness!
