Our initial experience was disappointing when we scheduled an appointment and the salesperson was on a test drive with someone and told the receptionist to find someone else. Our luck, Shannon Sandoval was walking by and offered to help. He was excellent!

Buying a car from John was wonderful.
Buying a car from John was wonderful. He made the whole process very easy and I?m very happy with the sales department. I did not appreciate the finance department trying to up sell me on the extended warranty. Even after I said no thank you, the matter kept being pushed so hard that I almost left without purchasing the car. If it weren?t for John, and the experience I had with him, I would have left.

Tried to buy an 2014 outback from this dealership today.
Tried to buy an 2014 outback from this dealership today. As we're going over Financials the salesman told me the advertised listed price of the car $10,990 was $2000 less than what it should have been marked, and if i want the car its would now be $12,990. Who does this??? xxxx suckers! As a proud business owner of 20 years Ide never make my customers pay for any mistake on my behalf. You do whats right by your customer period! I went shopping at a dealership to avoid problems but subaru nation of golden was the worst car shopping experience in my 49 years. Thanks for nothing!
