I went in to get my cars first oil change and tire rotation and it was completed, i'm not going to rate you on changing oil and tire rotation that would be silly

I bought a brand new car from them 5 years ago, then decided to upgrade and went back to them for the second car. I will only buy a Subaru and I will only buy from them and that dealership! This was the first service visit with Auto Nation Subaru West since I bought my Forester. The experience was excellant. I was treated in the most professional and courteous manner by Fidel. He kept me apprised of exactly what was being done as I waited in the very comfortable waiting room. Overall I felt like I was being treated as a quite special customer. When the service was finished, I was escorted to my car along with a short friendly chat with Fidel. Great overall experience!!
