Annsley was very helpful. work on the car was done well. The information given was accurate. windshield looks nice. the time of car drop-off was convenient with my schedule. help with transportation to dealership was helpful also.

Lift ride didn't work. Courteous service; problem fixed I think, Had to return for 2nd visit to do more intense battery check which took 4 hrs.

Kudos to Owen, Wes and Monica! Owen's professional customer service and demeanor provided my husband and I a desired positive experience. More so, our needs were exceeded, and thus leaving us with a positive impression of Autonation Subaru.

First class buying process from meeting with sales associate David Poole to closing the purchase. He treated me with respect and found the exact car I was looking for. There was a customer first attitude throughout; no hustle, no hassle that I've experienced at other dealerships. The building is open, well designed and friendly. Staff was very friendly the person I worked with was excellent. She admitted that she was new and was not able to answer our questions but I am sure as she gains experience she will be a expert on the subaru products would definitely use them again

The sales person, Jon, was very knowledgeable about the car we were purchasing. I was really impressed with the closer, Liam, who was probably the best I have ever worked with. He was prepared, knowledgeable, courteous, and I did not feel 'pushed' to add on an extra protection plan. His laid back professionalism was very refreshing. This is the 4th Subaru I purchased from Auto Nation and all were good. This was the 3rd I have bought from you and was by far the most pleasant.
