I have had no problems with this Ford dealership so far. They have always got with me about my service, an dont do anything without my approval. My only complaint is that this review needs a Service Center option since I wasnt dealing with the Sales people.

Andrew White did an exceptional job to make sure everything was just right, and I was satisfied my purchase of a 2024 Ford Ranger. I'm looking forward to working with Andrew once again in the future on my next purchase!

My family members and I have had trouble with getting vehicles repaired in a timely manner. Mount and balance tires and an alignment check took over 4 hour and I had a scheduled appointment. My first ever purchase was late December and it hasn’t been a great experience. Vehicle needed Tom Boland warranty work but had to follow up myself. Also, it passed Missouri inspection with wiper gears that were disintegrated. Tara did take care of that which has been the only positive experience we’ve had with our first purchase. I feel like this vehicle car inspection is xxxxxxxx. First week or so, the leaks start and somehow they are outside my extended warranty. The last straw though was the last time were there for another repair in 5 months, I was told I need a $2800 for a window seal for a leak inside the vehicle that would have to run uphill. Against my better judgment, we bought this vehicle even with other members have had trouble with vehicles so called inspections. My wife was talked down to on the last repair and people seemed inconvenienced when she asked for help or a receipt

My kids bought a edge from you 4 years ago and I was needing a new car and they have had great service from you so I bought a 2024 edge and love it

the staff is so pleasant on any visit, we have worked with our sales person for the last several years, we would not consider any other dealership. they have excellent service after the sales. completely satisfied.

Everything went well with trades I traveled to get my truck and they had everything ready for me they did have a computer issue and let us use a new truck to go and get something to eat while they fixed that they were very good to deal with.
