The ?Works? service

The ?Works? service was completed on appointment time ( 2:00pm) and took only one hour. Tech included Multipoint inspection with oil change / tire rotation. ? Amy? ( service advisor) informed me that I had Ford Pass Reward points which almost paid for entire bill! I was not aware that I had credit available and really appreciated that Amy brought it to my attention.

Great drop off Escape and was serviced in 2 hours and picked it up on my lunch.

Did do what I asked for on this service visit

Well this service was during the whole COVID 19 non-sense so I couldn't review with any personnel at the time I picked up my truck but just the same I call the day before and gave them very detailed instructions on what I wanted. I did get it. It start with the previous visit for service. The were suppose to rotate the tires. Days after picking up the truck I have a low tire warning show up on my dash display. I have to stop at a gas station and top off both front tires. If they had serviced my car and rotated the tires why was the pressure not checked? So now I have both front tires with much higher pressure than the two rear. Now we go the my most recent service. I brought up the problem I have with the front tire pressures and that this was just two day after they had serviced my truck. So I asked that they rotate the tires just like they recommend and correct the tire pressure in all tires. Well they not only didn't correct the tire pressure in any of the tire, they didn't rotate as my two front tires are still the ones with the higher air pressure. So no, I didn't get what Ford is recommending or what I am paying for. 2 stars at best I guess at least they didn't leave trash in the truck.
