unsatisfied and poor customer service

In the last 5 years we have purchased 4 and encouraged more buys for this dealership. Before trading in last dodge truck to purchase a new dodge truck we purchased an oil change/tire rotation package. Only used 1 of the 3 we paid for. Upon scheduling to get new truck serviced was told this package will not work for new truck nor for jeeps we have. That we are just out of luck and the money we paid, so yea for us we received a $150.00 oil change. We all work in customer service and deal with things that are sometime out of our control but when you have loyal customers that have purchased multiple time and referred others, to me this is unacceptable. We offered to pay the difference and were open to options but no options and poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Bob Boyd did not disappoint!

Sales consultant David Melucci had the car clean and ready to drive when we arrived. Tony Melucci had paperwork ready to sign without a lengthy wait. It was a very easy process to buy a high quality used car for my daughter.

Great service

Took Ranger in for service. Requested The Works. The lady service person was very informative and personable. The service was taken care of in a very short time and I was on my way home long before I expected to be. I have dealt with Bob Boyd Ford since 1999 and used there service department exclusively since then and never had a complaint.
