Worst experience ever!!!!!

The service department is horrible. If you been there for anything out of warranty they have no clue how to fix it. The warranty items are ran through Chrysler who directs them what to change or what to do. No one there knows how to think on their own. The fish rots from the head down, and any conversation with the service manager Duane clearly shows this to be true.

Have been completely satisfied with all aspects of Dave Dennis Jeep! Easy to make appts, friendly staff. I will definitely buy my next car there!!!


Broke a cover while doing service and won't fix it

They broke the passenger side window control cover while doing service and won't fix it or cover parts. The cover was fine when I dropped it off and when they gave the truck back the cover was pulled back and tabs were broke off. I didn't even move the truck and went back in. They looked at it and said they didn't do it and my truck was old so they wouldn't do anything about it. I do not recommend them for service.


They work for YOU

The best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. This dealership goes above and beyond for their customers. The salesmen don’t work on commission so their top priority is getting you the BEST vehicle for YOUR needs and budget, then will give you the absolute best price possible. My salesperson worked tirelessly for an entire week, including her days off, to locate the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted with the features I wanted for the price I wanted. She kept me updated every step of the way and with every hurdle she found a solution. If you’re interested in a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge and you don’t go to Dave Dennis, you are truly doing yourself a disservice.


Never Again I would give them a -10

I ordered a new keyless entry and a new key. Made the appointment for two days later to have the two items programmed to the car. The day of the appointment (8:30 AM) the service person said the car would be ready by noon. Noon came and went so I called the service department. The service person said they were still working on it and the person doing the programming was at lunch. I call at 2 PM and they said the vehicle was ready. I showed up and noticed two keys and one keyless entry unit. I asked about the new unit and the service person was confused. After about 5 - 10 minutes they figured out in addition to programming the key they were suppose to program the new unit. 10 minutes later everything was completed. For something that should have taken one hour at the max, it took them 5 hrs and 30 minutes.


never again

I have purchased 2 trucks and 2 leases from Dave dennis, and just recently went in to get another truck. My credit was low and I received additude and unwillinness to work to get me approved and into another truck. They told me there is nothing they are willing to do and the sales manager told me to run to another company with open arms...so that's what i did and got approved and into a new truck..they should not have gotten rid of sales manager Billy he was the best thing about dave dennis he fought to get you into a truck and never turned away business....now Jeff wyler is the place to go, I own a company and all my future purchases and leases will be elsewhere

Very relaxed atmosphere with professional staff. I was able to test drive numerous cars and the sales staff was extremely helpful. I compared prices and Dave Dennis was by far the lowest. I would recommend this dealer to my friends.
