This was our first experience with Fox ford and it was a great experience. We received a fair trade on our truck and got a fantastic deal on our new/used truck. Our salesman Loyd Miller was very knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel pressured into buying our truck. Also, Brooke Meek made sure that we received the best value on our extended warranty package. She went the extra mile and was truly a great person to work with. We will definitely be back.

So I purchased a 2011 Ford F150 through Fox Ford.
So I purchased a 2011 Ford F150 through Fox Ford. My salesman‘s name was Lloyd The process was excellent all the way through from start to beginning. It was very helpful pointed out all the details about the vehicle. Next year I plan to purchase a new vehicle. I will be visiting that dealership. The wholesale staff was kind throughout the whole process very professional staffing I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle

Not recommended
I had been a customer there for 20 years. Bought three brand new vehicles from them and took them there for regular service. When an issue with the bill came up, it was brought to the attention of Curt, the service manger. Instead of explaining how much each item was, he started from the top of the bill and began subtracting instead of just saying how much each item was. When I tried to correct this, he spoke over me and spoke louder, obviously, in an effort to confuse me. In the end, my misunderstanding turned out to be that I was charged $34.78 for a $2 bulb for the license plate bulb that goes into the bumper and can be changed in less than 2 minutes. I realize that dealers charge more and am willing to pay more for better service. Had it been $15 or $20, I would have shrugged my shoulders and paid it. I don’t think squeezing every dollar out of a customer, especially a loyal one, is a good way of doing business. Tom, the service advisor has always treated me fair. I now take my vehicles to another Ford dealership and I will never go back..
