In for an oil change that took.

In for an oil change that took. 2.5 hours luckily there were some nice customers in the waiting room This is the first time i did not give 5 stars

When we arrived at GMC Buick Media, Vinny accommodated us

When we arrived at GMC Buick Media, Vinny accommodated us immediately. We needed to turn in our 2022 Buick Encore lease. Vinny listened to what we needed & able to deliver EXACTLY the vehicle we wanted....a 2025 Buick Encore & the color we loved!!! We love our new car. Vinny was professional, knowledgable, & patient, as well as efficient!! We highly recommend him to any customers looking for an honest & knowledgeable Sales Consultant. We also had the pleasure working with Delco Dave. He, as well, is knowledgeable & professional. He worked with us with ease & efficiently! We have been customers with GMC Buick Media well over 5 years & HIGHLY recommend this dealership anyone searching to buy/lease a vehicle. Vinny & Dave were the best!!! Was not looking to buy a new car yet.

Was not looking to buy a new car yet. BUT, when I saw the NEW 2024 Buick Envista...I Fell in LOVE <3 I mentioned to John in Sales that I was REALLY interested in getting that Vehicle & he says, Well IF you're serious, NOW is the time to do it. They happened to have 2 available on the lot to choose from. I knew white was out. I really hoped to get a nice dark cranberry/maroon. When I saw the Black on Black with leather interior, trimmed with this electric blue stitching ..OMG I was head over heals. The test drive sealed it. I said I want her Let's Do It! Well there was a very important obstacle in the way, I have NO credit history yet. I am currently building it, but didn't think that it wasn't showing anything. So I felt defeated. David, My salesman, says gimme a another shot BrB. He had an offer with zero down, but a tad more on monthly price. My old car was a old '04 Buick Regal, didn't think I would get anything for it & BAM got an unheard of $1,500 trade value! I was determined to be leaving in that car TODAY! John, David, Patrick & Frank got me the perfect package, even a 7 year Warranty for the car of my dreams & out of the dealership in less than 2 hours! When they say "Get It Done At Granite Run" they REALLY mean it! Trust ME, Go to Granite Run FIRST! You WILL get THE BEST Deal in DELCO! Thanks TEAM GRANITE RUN - I LOVE MY BUICK ENVISTA

Mustang GT

I sold my car there. Frank Levine and his staff were very courteous and professional. They made the experience very easy, seamless and enjoyable. A great place to shop for a car when you are ready. When I go to look for a car in the future, I will definitely be going back up there. Excellent dealerships are hard to find, but this one is outstanding.

2023 Canyon AT$

Dennis and everyone were great. Everything on their part went very smooth. There was one issue with the truck that I found when I got home, but we are working on taking care of that. They were honest, straight forward and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

First time customer

I did wait for my car and was able to get work done in a comfortable setting. A part had to be ordered, so no service was completed. I did get my car washed and vacuumed which was a pleasant surprise.
