Great Experience

We purchased a Buick Regal from Granite Run Buick while returning from New Jersey. Mylon Jones was great in helping us choose a car and to work with us to meet our particular needs. Thank You, Mylon. The financial people were also able to help us resolve financial issues. Overall, it was perhaps the best car buying experience that I have encountered.

Great Experience

I had a great experience at Granite Run Buik. All my questions, concerns and requests were listened and addressed. The team was very friendly and professional, especially Daniel, who was the person that assisted me most of the time.

Good, straight forward pre owned buying experience

I started this process on Cars.com, found the car, milage and color I wanted and then emailed back and forth on some details and finalized with a phone call to their internet coordinator. When I arrived I was introduced to my salesman, Don Friel. We chatted for a while, and then took a casual test drive in the car that had been prepped and cleaned. No arguments, did the paperwork and drove the car home. All good.

The service here is excellent. If you make an appointment with Mike he will be waiting for you and have the car done on time . He will not tell you need anything that you don't either.

Happy customer

Our sales rep Patrick was amazing, very nice and helpful. He was very knowledgable and has great insight on the car. He was would be a reason I would recommend someone to your dealership. I love my new Buick Encore. It's a great car and does well on mileage. I rave about it to everyone!
