Good basic service experience
It was easy to make a timely appointment. Working with Tech Writer, Michael Durante, is always a pleasure, as he makes things easy for me. He is the main reason I bought my second Buick at Granite Run. Always a good experience.

Professional Customer Service
I called about the recent airbag recall because I am about to take a long road trip. Mike in service checked and my vehicle was involved. He was able to schedule a same day appointment time and service completed the work in the allotted time. Thank you for such a professional and timely response.

Oil change appointment
I was there for a oil change appointment Monday at 1:00 & was told it will take up to 90 minutes when I got there. This is a 10-20 minute procedure. Why would you even have appointments scheduled if there's a wait that long when you get there. Well, there was a very nice man working & he got me out within the hour which is better than 90 minutes I guess. Now to mention the true reason for my review is how I was screamed at to move my car when I arrived. No problem lady..... Then she gets out of her car & apparently is the worker for the service desk. Rude, unprofessional & unacceptable.

John Lewis was excellent every step of the way. He sat with us for an hour after the purchase reviewing and helping us set up the special features of the vehicle. Good Experience
The whole process of buying a car was very stressful for me because it was accelerated by an accident that totaled my previous car. I had not been expecting to buy a car until September or October so being forced to buy one in August in the middle of a heatwave under extreme time pressure (insurance company payments on rental running out soon) made it an overall unpleasant experience. However, the folks at Granite Run Buick were very kind, friendly and supportive. I had gone in just to look at cars but Don Friel was so helpful, I ended up choosing the one I wanted to buy that night (a Tuesday) and picking it up that Saturday. I've been driving my 2016 Verano for a week now and love it a little more each day. Thanks Granite Run Buick for being there and being so supportive in my time of need.

How good is Granite Run...How about this is my third GMC Yukon XL price is the best and fair and they will take care of you.. Service .. Mike and Glen.. The best they go out of there way to make sure you are pleased and your vehicle is repaired.... As a Police officer not all dealership are honest.. I had a number of officers purchase there vehicles from Granite Run they were extremely happy .. Ryan Irish has a great sales team... Granite Run Rules !!!!!
