After visiting Gem and not finding the vehicle I wanted the first time, Thomas Dean was extremely helpful finding me a car that checked all my boxes and I am very thankful that my name came to mind when the car came in from an auction. He was always respondent to all my txt messages when I had a question (and there was plenty of txt sent by me!). Brent in the Finance Dept (along with my good credit) was able to find financing that fit my budget. The Service Dept was responsive when I asked the car be put up on a lift so that I make check a few things out prior to purchase. I was not looking for Luxury when shopping for a car but I feel I made a good choice. I will be making a trip to Montana in June and expecting this car to make the trip extremely comfortable and mechanically worry free!
