Hyundai tucson

All employees at Napletons were extremely helpfull in finding us the kind of car we needed and that went with a price we could afford. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to help us.

I love my Hyundai Tuscon

I had personally been working with Cody Gagnon over the course of several months to find the right purchase to fit my family needs. Cody contacted me off and on to keep me posted on deals that made the process much easier. I thank him for his patience and time it was greatly appreciated. I typically only purchase pre-owned cars, once every 10 years, so the thought of trying to narrow down the right car and price point was a bit overwhelming. He took the pressure off, did the leg work and after a few conversations I felt comfortable, informed and relaxed. Great experience.

Excellent

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the cars and what they offered. I did not feel pressured to buy the first car I had an interest in and I really liked that because it made me feel more relaxed so I could pick a car that had all the features I wanted.

More than expected

I was just"looking", but couldn't pass up the deal I was offered. Excellent service and Excellent people. The car I wanted wasn't nearly as nice as the one I was offered. Beautiful car, excellent deal. Arthur and Marcus worked to get me a great deal and I really love the car.

Great experience!

Brandon Hobgood was able to find a perfect match for me!!! He did a great job explaining the options and listening to what I wanted. He obviously knew his products and was able to direct me to what fit my needs/wants. I trade vehicles every 2-3 years and sometimes you come across a sales person that you just don't "click" with, but that wasn't the case with Brandon. I felt that the price I negotiated with Marcus was fair. However, I feel that an improvement could be made during the pricing phase - being escorted to the the "tower" which is an uncomfortable (counter, no chairs) open space in which you are discussing private information in an open atmosphere for all passers by and loitering staff to hear. Maybe that is by design, but it felt a bit uncomfortable. Granted I should have asked for a private area, but it all happened very quickly. I felt that the financing portion of my transaction went very smoothly. I'm sorry, but I can't remember his name. This was my first purchase with Napleton's and I was happy with my decision to become a Napleton's customer.

IN & OUT WITH EASE!

i didn't think it was going to go as smoothe, But it did very!. Kind, Friendly & Know their Work. I did my research for my vehicle & These knew exactly what i was looking for, So it made the purchase easy.

Carl and Markiss were great

I came in not expecting to buy anything; I just started my search. Carl did an amazing job helping me find the right car and answering all questions I had. Which is what made me want to buy right there. And Markiss saw I had an issue and tried correcting it immediately. which I greatly appreciated. Overall I had a great experience.

Never even looked at my car

I waited a week to get an open appointment with the service department. I dropped off my car and 2 1/2 hours later, they had not even looked at it. I had found a sitter for my son, and I realized they wouldn't have time to complete the work before I needed to pick up my son. I had to leave without them even looking at my car! What good is an appointment if they don't do the work at the scheduled time?? I won't be returning!
