Never even looked at my car

I waited a week to get an open appointment with the service department. I dropped off my car and 2 1/2 hours later, they had not even looked at it. I had found a sitter for my son, and I realized they wouldn't have time to complete the work before I needed to pick up my son. I had to leave without them even looking at my car! What good is an appointment if they don't do the work at the scheduled time?? I won't be returning!

Great customer service

I just bought my VW Beetle at Napleton's, and the team there made my experience so enjoyable. Matthew Morales was so personable, answering all my questions and making sure I got what I wanted. He made the whole process easy and fun, along with his manager, Derek. Billy Sweet walked me through the financing and warrenty process with his great sense of humor. I couldn't have asked for a better group to help me!

Great people to deal with

Matt Deibert and Markiss Stone were both great guys to deal with we told them what we wanted what we expected to pay and what we wanted for our trade and they made it happen. They went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend them

The best experience

we have repeatedly ended up purchasing from Napleton's because of great customer service. Our salesman, Idris has always been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond with each sale to make sure we were fully satisfied with our purchase. I highly recommend Napleton's and especially Idris if you are shopping for your perfect car!

Fantastic!

Idris was fantastic, he knew what I wanted and made sure I made a great purchase. He showed me various cars but he knew I loved the ioniq the most.

Great place to buy a car

Knowledgeable staff helped me to make a decision on my brand new Hyundai Tuscon. The staff was knowledgeable and not pushy, helping me to sift through multiple choices to end up picking my perfect car, the Tuscon.

Napleton Hyundai of Urbana

Napleton Hyundai of Urbana is 90+ miles from my home, but I decided to drive there because they had a specific car that I wanted to see and drive, and I was unable to locate the same model and features closer. In summary, it was well worth the drive. This was a great car-buying experience. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase, no sense of dealing with a car-salesman. Our salesperson (Brandon) talked to us about what was important to us in a vehicle, what did we like, dislike, or was neutral. It was apparent that he was listening since he asked follow-up questions to clarify what we were looking for. Brandon showed us the car we were interested in, demonstrated the features we were most interested in, and then showed us a number of other features that he thought we might find interesting. We made the purchase in a matter of minutes (no running back and forth to "Check with the Manager) - just a "Here's what we can do on the car, here's what we can do on financing", and we were done. Price was excellent. Treated with respect and interest. No pressure. Professional. Great price. I would go back for another vehicle without question. Overall, a 10 out of 10

Diligent customer care

I purchased a Hyundai CPO car here. Even though there were issues with the paperwork initially, the management diligently resolved everything as soon as possible. I really appreciate the effort they spent on a customer like me on an individual basis.

Great salesman TERRIBLE FINANCING

I am disgusted with the finance manager. I have been lied too (he can tell himself that he did not but he did manipulate this situation). So, saying that... I went over and over with him I wanted a 5 year loan with certain payments. Of course, he talked so fast and went on and on about how it was better to take more of the discounts instead of the 0 percent financing. Blah, Blah, Blah. After almost 4 hours of being there and the typical back and forth xx. I was told that through Mazda I could finance and that it was a 5 year loan. So, I get called yesterday and ... Due to taking the larger discounts Mazda would not do the financing at the rate I was promised. WTH? You cannot tell me this man did know this was the case. I stated to him this is a five year loan with my payments. He told me he got my payments to where I wanted by giving me a 6 year loan. I (again) had gone over and over with him I did not want this 6 year loan. So, I signed the contract the day I was there thinking it was for a 5 year loan. This xxxxxxx is slick. I was stupid and go screwed for trusting him. So, I will never recommend this place to anyone. I am disgusted by his manipulation. He can lie to himself all he wants but I am not that stupid. I know I got screwed. So, thanks for me having to pay an extra $3000 on a Mazda.
