Easiest car purchase ever!
My car was totaled in a recent accident and I wanted to buy a new car as effortlessly as possible. Brandon Davis was unbelievably helpful with this process. He listened to my wants, encouraged me to try multiple cars and explore various options, and was very patient with me when I was struggling to decide my priorities. He made the process as easy and painless as possible, and I could not be happier with my experience at Napleton or with Brandon.

Disappointed
It's not the dealership that is the problem it's that the product that is not performing as advertised.Mileage was specifically asked about before purchased and as a reason to purchased.And there was no indication that the mileage would be less than advertised.

Service Dept
Today I took my car in for it's first service check. I was very disappointed with the service. They don't have enough shuttles which made me late to work. when my car was ready for pick the shuttle was to pick me up at noon, but didn't show up until 12:20 which me arrive at Napletons at 12:32. So, by the time I got back to work I only had 15 mins for lunch out of my 1 hour lunch.

Friendly staff, clean facility, great hot cocoa!
Jesse Mannin was good to work with as well as Jon Shepard. Very friendly! The office areas were clean and welcoming. I wasn't thrilled with the price I paid but only because I was hoping for a lower monthly payment. All in all, I love my new car so it's worth it!

New car
The manager worked a better price on the car and trade in to allow me to purchase the car I bought. Was disappointed in the car not being 100% checked out for driving off the lot.
