We came in on a cold night and I was worried about all of the walking that might be involved. Brad brought all the cars to me right by the showroom and I didn't even have to go outside.

Purchasing a car can be a stressful and dreaded experience for me, but Sam and Markiss did everything they could to make sure it was as stress free as possible. Sam asked the right amount of questions about what I was looking for in a car, and didn't present me with a vehicle that was out of my price range, or something I wasn't looking to buy. Sam went above and beyond, even answering questions on his day off. Markiss assisted us if Sam wasn't available, and he was great to work with as well. All Napleton staff we encountered were friendly and professional, something that was much appreciated.
