We give one star because there is no zero stars. Our experience with this dealer was awful. We bought a brand-new vehicle with a loan from the car manufacturer. They hide information related to the cost of dealers' services and sell the car for higher price than in the website. The salesperson was Ladarius Taylor. The finance person was Argjend Gizha. They got our signature for the amount that we can pay as the monthly installment and the loan payment period without even giving the APR. They just say that the manufacturing company gives better APR than the bank. When we asked about the APR they acted that they were irritated about the question. Then regardless of the car price, they added many other services to the bill to match the monthly payment of the loan. They never showed us the last bill and the breakdown of the cost at the time of signing the contract. They included the bill in an envelope with many other documents and handed it over to us. Then after we came home, we had the feeling that we are paying way more than we should for the price of the car. Then we found the bill in the document package with $8000 additional cost to the price of the car. The price of the car in the bill was about $3000 higher than the promised price and the price in the website. About $5000 other additional payments were for dealers' services. When they explained the dealer services they sounded that they went above and beyond to get this included in our deal and it was kind of a favor that they do for us. We thought all those were free services or within the original price. When we signed the papers the finance guy continuously talked about different irrelevant matters regarding his family- country and asked questions about ours too. This is how he distracted us from reading any of the documents that we signed. Later, we went to them and explained that we do not want any of these additional services and we need the original price for the car. Then they acknowledged what happened was wrong and they will cancel all the additional payments. But it takes about 3-6 months to do the cancellation. Until then we must pay the loan for the original price. We are not sure if they cancel the payments until we get an official notification. We do not recommend this dealer to anyone. Please do not go to them and get yourself ripped off.

We phoned the dealer from the expressway after a tire

We phoned the dealer from the expressway after a tire blowout and spoke with Todd. Once we arrived in Service Todd helped us through the process and was very helpful in quickly getting us back on the road. Compliments to Todd and thank you.

Had battery issue with my 2012 Lexus ES350 and car would

Had battery issue with my 2012 Lexus ES350 and car would not start. After tow truck jump was successful, I called Todd Ballard at Napleton to set up a diagnostic check. I brought the car in the next day. Battery was still low so it received a full charge and other tests were run. Car met satisfactory ratings and Todd informed me about what I needed to look out for. Courtesy rides were provided both ways. Todd and other staff were courteous and professional. Thanks, Todd and Napleton.

We bought a new Camry recently.

We bought a new Camry recently. Sam Samet was a great salesman. He showed us the cars and pointed out the safety features and was knowledgeable about the new technology the car offered. We give 5 stars to our experience with them

Sam Samet at Napleton’s in Urbana is the best! I’ve never bought a new car before, just used vehicles, and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. Plus he’s knowledgeable, thorough, gives freely of his time, is easy to get ahold of, and has a great sense of humor which made me feel comfortable. I recommend him heartily—5 out of 5 stars!

Doug explained short staffed, oil change would take a while, set up ride back to my house then set up ride back once oil change was almost completed. Due to inconveniences and long wait, (3.5 hrs), oil change was complimentary. Very Grateful. SUV had missing tire bolt covers. Dealer said they can order new covers.

Great service and kept me up to date the entire time over

Great service and kept me up to date the entire time over text. Also gave me a ride home when I added services that would have increased my wait time. I always have good service at this location. Other dealerships in town need to take notes.
