Nick Buhr was incredibly helpful today.

Nick Buhr was incredibly helpful today. Took vehicle in with battery issue. They didn’t find any problem with the battery. Nick explained what would be helpful to keep the battery charged in the future. No charge, very short wait. Nick was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. Highly recommend Nick.

I worked with James Johnson and he was very knowledgeable

I worked with James Johnson and he was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Tundra I was purchasing. He went above and beyond to show and tell me every feature the truck had to offer. He was very kind and helped make the truck purchase and trade in a seamless fast process. He helped work with me to get my trade in and purchase vehicle to the number I was looking for. The dealership itself had very good and responsive communication.

I made a same day appointment and next thing I knew I was

I made a same day appointment and next thing I knew I was walking away with the exact car I wanted. The finance team was extremely helpful given my credit circumstance and was able to get me approved for the exact car I wanted. Sam, was wonderful. He was very informative and taught me all the little things I needed to know about the car before I drove off. Not only was Sam friendly, down to earth, and on my side the entire time but he’s a Grateful Dead fan so we really kicked it off. Genuinely such a great guy and I love my new RAV 4!! Thanks SAM!!!

I was able to get a very good deal on a very good car. Napleton’s helped me pick out the perfect car for my family. I am very happy that I want to Napleton’s. The free car wash is also a huge perk!

Great staff

I worked with Sam Samet and Derrick Helm, two terrific salesmen who gave me all the info I needed as succinctly and fast as possible. I got their personal info and had access to their help any time of day. They were nice and got me a great car as well
