My Experience with Napleton Toyota of Urbana

I was at their dealership almost during their closing time but they still accomodated us to show their inventory. The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained the vehicle features in detail. I would definitely recommend the dealership to my friends and colleagues in the future.

I made a same day appointment to test drive a car.

I made a same day appointment to test drive a car. When I arrived I was told the car was no longer available. It never feels good to be treated that way. It's just basic common sense and common courtesy but Napleton's doesn't have it.

Saw a car online and called dealership to make sure car

Saw a car online and called dealership to make sure car was available since it was a 2 hour drive. Was assured it was ready to test drive. Made the drive over only to find out the car was not ready and had major repair issues. They were not even sure if they were going to sell it or just send it to auction. Was told the same thing had happened to costumers 2 days earlier. Sales manager tried to avoid me and had salesman offer to give me some fuel. After waiting 20 min for gas because sales associated couldn't find the gas card we just left. Asked for managers or owners name and was assured it would be texted to me but of course it never was. Would not trust anything they have advertised and they certainly didn't care about righting their mistake. Zero stars if possible.

New Car Purchase

We had a wonderful experience with Napleton’s and salesman Sam Samet. He made sure we had the best experience possible. We were able to complete the application online and received an estimated quote ahead of time which helped to determine whether we wanted to proceed with purchasing our new vehicle. When our new car arrived and we arrived at the dealership, the process was completed timely and efficiently.
