Absolutely terrible service department.

Absolutely terrible service department. I was told it would take about 2 weeks for my car to be finished and now I am going on my 2 month mark and have been told multiple times I would get a loaner just to be told every time that that’s not an option because other people are using them and that it’s going to take another 2 weeks every time I call.

Five stars without a sale

I bought a truck from Sam Samet in 2015 and it was a very pleasant experience. When my wife needed a new car we went straight to Sam. We had very specific size and model requirements. He worked very had to find a car to meet our needs but Napletons did not have what we needed. We finally found it at a dealer 50 miles away. Even though we bought it elsewhere we will be getting our service from Napletons thanks in good part to Sam. He is on my list of folks I recommend to friends.

Sam Samet helped us with purchasing our new-to-us 2021

Sam Samet helped us with purchasing our new-to-us 2021 Kia Telluride. Sam was super nice & very personable- which made the experience as enjoyable as could be- not your average car salesman. We never felt pressured. He was patient with us taking our time. He went above & beyond for us- staying later in the evening so we could test drive + helped us get started with some paperwork. With the amount of time you spend with the person who’s selling you your car - Sam was the care salesman to have! Tyson in the business center was also a pleasure to work with. He was patient with us & helped reassure us to make sure our car is covered.
