Had my prius breakdown cause my hybrid inverter coolant

Had my prius breakdown cause my hybrid inverter coolant pump broke on the highway while going to Chicago, went straight to the dealership and they got us in right away. Todd was my service advisor and he was great. Told us the process and offered us a ride back to my place. It made a stressful day much better. He also was very clear and consistent on his communication of what was going on. He broke down all the issues and expenses and documented everything with videos. He even figured out how to contact us about repair delays due to power outages from a storm (he called us through a landline). Would go again and work with Todd.

Ms. Huskisson was the greatest!! All along the time my Kia was being serviced Ms.Jessica made sure I knew what they were doing and all other services done by the Tech.whose name is Mr.Jesus Padilla whom I may add his service was excellent and very prompt! People like Ms. Jessica and Mr.Padilla should be recognized above all because without them our Cars would not work properly! It’s there knowledge and experience that we need in our everyday lives! Best service ever !

Best Salesperson I have ever n et

My husband and I arrived at Napletons today around noon and at five we were in our Toyota Tacoma driving home. Jim Johnson met us at the front door and made our experience so quick and easy. Best salesperson I have ever had the opportunity to meet. Thank you Jim for your service and taking such good care of us!
