I was impressed how hard this dealership worked to meet our needs for a new vehicle. Our salesman, Gary Campbell, was exceptional. He was professional and he insured that all our questions were answered and that we obtained the right vehicle for our needs. Just as impressive is how thorough he has been in following up after the sale.

Good luck buying from these people... This organization is dangerously incompetent. Car was disgusting inside when when test driven. Tried to increase price of vehicle by 20% with unnecessary add-ons (luxury SUV purchase, so substantial cost). Required to used their horrible financing, even with perfect credit, to get internet price. Refused to remove a special brake light ($300), which upon inspection was never installed. Lied about the brake light being installed and would have stolen if I had not looked into it. THREE months later I'm still waiting on the check. Promised a second key which they "couldn't find" (eventually found upon threat of poor review). Car was initially never detailed and delivered looking disgusting. Had to bring it in on another day for a detail. Detailer lost the tire lock (later found) and broke the parking sensor. A/C broke 4 days after purchase - told I would be "taken care of" which apparently meant I pay for the A/C and parking sensor myself. Only agreed to cover fixing the car and provide promised second key IF I provided a good review. Service had my car for NINE DAYS to fix A/C and parking sensor, causing us to be late for our planned vacation. Initial fix for the parking sensor was garbage and eventually fell out 2 months later. Upon fixing the sensor the second time, they broke our bumper and fog light plastics. Left zip ties hanging in front of our collision radar so the car kept screaming that we were going to get in an accident and randomly SLAMMING ON THE BRAKES ON ITS OWN. My service associate was NEVER available and NEVER called back and provided limited updates. These people are a disgrace to the car sales business and live up to the stereotypes. Again, good luck buying here!

I was looking for a new SUV to replace my previous car....
I was looking for a new SUV to replace my previous car. After a thorough search and a few test drives of some comparable vehicles, I decided on the Ford Edge. I then began looking for the best price, and Tim Dahle Ford had the most selection and competitive pricing. After making an appointment, and a 3 hour drive, I was able to test drive the car and it was perfect. Taylor, Jori, Jordan and Steve were fantastic to work with, and they did everything they could to make this a mutually beneficial experience. Can't say enough good things about those who helped me with this transaction and Tim Dahle Ford.

went looking for truck i got one a 17 but didn't know price and wasn't told tell got paper work paid just as much as a 2019 i didn't get the for ever warranty. after i got money for down payment that was it here is your truck good buy

Very helpful
When I believed that I had a problem with a wheel bearing on my RV six other service providers in the area offered condolences and an appointment in a few weeks. Tim Dahle Ford squeezed us in within an hour, adjusted and repacked the bearings and had us on our way. No excuses, no "fake problems" to jack up the bill. I couldn't be happier.

Shocked by Tim Dahle contract practices!
We were quoted sales price and told that if we paid cash they would add on charges for other things but if we financed it there wouldn’t be additional charges. We waited 2 hours for Branden to finally see us to go over the contract. Everything was done on his computer. We were not allowed to see the contract as it was drawn up. He had us sign on an iPad and then simply copied the signature to the contract. He added several charges to the contract without asking if we wanted the additional items. He added $600 to the agreed on sales price for brakes plus and vehicle theft. We told him about my veteran Purple Heart benefit With Utah state where the license and registration fees are waved by the state. They agreed to honor that benefit but when we read the contract they had charged the full amount for those fees. We were not given a copy of the contract at the time of purchase. They gave us a thumb drive. The next day when we pulled up the contract we found all the things they had charged us without our consent. When I called to discuss it Branden hung up on me. It has taken 4 months to get a cancellation on the unauthorized charge in the amount of $4,571. That does not include $600 they stacked on to the sales price or the veteran benefit for license and registration. They still owe us for the sales tax they charged on those unapproved items. Branden tells me that they aren’t going to reimburse the over charge on the tax! I don’t understand how they get away with this practice! I continue to fight with them for a fair reimbursement.

We went there because of the price listed on the internet. The sales staff was very friendly and fun. They had the truck I wanted. The experience was awesome

Read contract and all fees before signing!
Unfortunately we were charged an extra $1550 in "fees" that weren't required and just tacked onto our loan for extra services. Pretty sure they smooth talked my husband so he didn't even realize what all he was getting and that it was optional. Won't go back.

Not the best experience
If you don’t mind a lack of communication, promises not withheld and the extra paperwork to refinance immediately after walking out, this dealership may be worth it to you. Bullet points of issues listed below. Dealership wanted $2,000 to use outside financing. Dealership added nearly 1,500 miles to the used vehicle while it was theirs because a manager used it as a demo, which decreased the oil life before I even bought it. Dealership promised there were not rock chips, scratches or damage, but a vehicle inspection found several. Dealership promised to detail the truck, including the truck bed that was filled with silt rock and sand but failed to take care of it. Dealership promised to have all paperwork ready for re-titling out of state but took 3 weeks to process. After re-titling the vehicle I refinanced and saved over $200 a month in monthly payments.
