Called made an appointment to see a new truck cause I...

Called made an appointment to see a new truck cause I live 44 miles away was told It is parked out front ready for me to test drive. Got there they looked for the truck for 15-20min truck was not there. It had been gone all day at an event. They are liars terrible place to deal with would not recommend them.

Service

Thank you Trevor for all your assistance and communication during the repair of my F150. Well run service department! A bit of a drive for me but well worth it.

Wasted my saturday morning. Texted about a new F150 they...

Wasted my saturday morning. Texted about a new F150 they had advertised 14k off. Specifically asked about the 14k off 3 times, and price 3 times. She did confirm there was up to 14k off. She had me drive 40 miles to the dealership to discuss best price in person and when I arrived and asked about the sign they still had on the building they said its not valid and there's no f150's even close to having this amount off.

Misled by a 14k off sign and internet sales person

Renewed my faith in car salesmen

I went in looking for a new F-150 pickup. Mike showed me several and helped me decide on a new 2021. He was helpful and very informative. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and I am extremely pleased with my overall experience. Thank you Tim Dahle Ford.

Friendly, professional service

Zac has only been working there for 2 weeks, but he was knowledgeable and helpful in spite of his short experience. He was also really sweet playing with my kids as we filled out paperwork.

DISHONEST, CONCEITED, GREEDY!!!

Most DISHONEST and ENTITLED individuals I’ve ever had to interact with. I was lied to throughout the entire of process of purchasing the vehicle. When I asked for them to make the things they lied about right, they said, “You didn’t have to buy the car from us. We did you a service by selling you the car and you should be grateful.” Their conceited minds have zero comprehension of what business they’re in. They only care about their own agenda and putting your hard earned money in their pockets. To reiterate all the real reviews on here, don’t let their pricing fool you! They will overcharge you a minimum of $2000 for “services” that they’ve claimed been done to the vehicle. Another lie. They couldn’t care less about you as a customer, and I can’t recommend enough to NOT purchase a vehicle from this company!
