Buyer beware. Bought a used vehicle and less than
Bought an 04 Durango three years ago. Less than a year later, it hydro locked and blew a hole in the side of the block. Paul Sherry, Chrysler and our insurance agent all denied any responsibility. We are left with a useless vehicle and still have a payment. Nice, huh? There is a $130 cowl that would have stopped this, but it wasn't put in. By a dealer that should have been aware of the condition.

We have bought 3 0r 4 cars/vans over the years from Paule Sherry, and we have had the very best service ever. Ther was no pressure salemen we were told if we needed them to let them no, and we loved that part as it gave us time while on the lot to look at different cars, and prices. We have just bought a 2012 Dodge Journey, and what a nice car. Nick let us take it for a test drive, and we came back ready to do the money end of things to close the deal. There wasn't much gas in the Journey so Nick, and Paul Sherry filled the tank up. I have been to many other car lots in my 70+ years, and Paul Sherry is the one I deal with period. They call and check to make sure things are going well, and if there are any problems that they were more than happy to see that they are fixed. I could go on but in closing Paul Sherry is my dealer period. Thanks Nick and like myself Nick and I love to fish for bass...so the conversation wasn.t all about the cars, and what they do for you but talking about other things...Great Cat, Great Dealership, and Great Salesmen...Kudo's to you all

Paul Sherry evaluated my car and wanted to repair a part to fix my 4-wheel drive. After googling possible issues, we found that all it needed was a fuse costing less than one dollar. Paul Sherry wanted over $700 to fix parts that were not broken. If runs great now.!

2012 GMC AWD Conversion Van (Justin Smith)
I inquired on a Saturday morning via a phone call (from Colorado) to Justin Smith @ Paul Sherry Conversion Vans regarding a 2012 GMC Explorer Conversion Van he had advertised on-line. I had been searching for several months to find a specific make/model for myself and family. Justin had posted a very detailed and informative video tour of the Van I was looking for. When I called, he was prompt to reply and confirm the details of the Van as noted on his video. He was extremely helpful in guiding me through the financing/purchasing options available. Within 30 minutes we had the purchase price, method of payment, and day and time to close the transaction confirmed and agreed upon. NO HASSLE - STRAIGHT FORWARD DEAL! (As good as a Hand Shake used to be!) Justin understood that I would be arriving the following week via a one-way airline ticket to close the deal. He was extremely accommodating and coordinated with myself to meet me at the airport personally, even calling to confirm my arrival 24hrs before hand. Once I arrived at the Dayton, OH airport, he was waiting as promised on time! Once we arrived at the dealership, he introduced me to several of his team members, toured the GMC I was coming to purchase, which was in the warm shop, fully serviced and toped off with a full tank of fuel and ready to go! I was able to complete all the paperwork and transaction with his finance department in less than an hour upon my arrival. From the receptionist to the Manager, to the finance manager and service personnel, I was treated first class and I was very pleased and appreciated working with such a friendly, honest, and committed team to make this transaction/purchase as smooth and timely as promised. In short, my experience was extremely professional, pleasant, and as advertised and promised. Having traveled 1500 miles, Justin Smith, Paul Sherry Conversion Vans and their team hit a HOME RUN with me!!! Thank you all for doing business as it should be done! 1st Class! This dealership and team has set the benchmark on how all businesses should be in this great land of ours! In closing, we absolutely love our new 2012 GMC Explorer Conversion Van! I live 600 miles away from dealership but found a pre-owned 2014 Grand Cherokee wife loved. Nick was very helpful in process and a nice guy. I was fair on price an so were they. We didn't mess around long on price and we both were fair. Bought it site unseen! Nick was extremely helpful with my carrier. Actually stayed about two hours late on a Saturday to be available for loading. Great communication! The only negative was mileage listed in the ad was a bit lower than actual because a daily driver for a manager for a while. Not a big deal, but made sense that they load the specs when they receive the car in inventory. Everything else was as good if not better than described. Mike in finance was helpful as well. All paperwork was accurate, well marked, and overnighted. Car was exactly as advertised and would absolutely recommend Nick and Sherry Chrysler to anyone!
