It was my first time buying a car and Kate Morris took care of everything for me! She is so personable and professional and any questions I had she was able to answer immediately. I got the exactly kind of car I was looking for and I couldn't be happier! Not only was my first-time buying experience great, but I have taken my old car to O'Brien Mitsubishi's shop for repairs and they are fast, efficient, and get the job done correctly the first time. Their entire staff at O'Brien Mitsubishi are so helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend going here to buy a car, sell a car, or repair your car. They are great!

My husband and I were looking into a new car and ended up working with Zachary Charlton. He was WONDERFUL! He is an ex marine, who was just the nicest sales person I have ever worked with! We walked in with our 7 month old baby who cried the entire time and he even attempted to calm her down. We ended up with a GREAT Car! He even transferred everything from my old car to my new one for me in the rain. =D (And I got a bow)

I buy a lot of cars. I am 31 and have owned over 30 cars. I walked in and knew what I wanted for my trade and what I wanted to pay for the new car. He was efficient, showed all car features and made us feel like he truly wanted to sell us a Good Car! We will certainly at some time return to this dealership. We always try to support our veterans and Randall shared his military background with my husband. We will ask for him in the future and highly recommend his expertise.

My family and i just bought out 2nd Outlander from O'Brien. WE LOVE IT!!!!! Jay Miller was our sales professional both times and he was AMAZING!! He was always very nice and very upfront. We never felt like he "just wanted to sell us a car" I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is interested in a new car calls Jay both experienced or new buyer!! finally a good experience. I have always hated to shop for cars. went to try out the 2016 outlander. the salesman found the one I wanted. he went thru all the features and we drove the car. that's when it started to get good , he explained he was here to help ,not hurt me. the buying process was easy and painless. when it was done I had a new car clean and gased up. I would truly recommend my salesman ,he cares and wants you satisfied. randall Holman is the salesman to ask for ,yu wont regret it ,im going to tell my family
