O'Brien Mitsubishi is a great place to buy a car. I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Josh Zakery. He is great to work with and not pushy. Overall they make the whole buying process easy.

In 2013 I bought a 2010 Nissan Sentra from O'Brien's Mitsubishi. I was so happy with the service and the way I was treated that in 2016 I met with Chris Todd and got the perfect car, a brand new 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer. I even had the service department install a spoiler that really makes the car stand out. It's not an Evo like Fast & Furious, but it looks great. In November 2015, Chris Todd sold my wife and I a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and we were so happy with Chris that I seen him about my Lancer. Go for 3 as our daughter went and seen Chris Todd and bought a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage just a few days after I got my Lancer. Thanks again Chris for the great service.

My wife and I have been very pleased with O'Brien from every aspect. We have purchased two Mitsubishis from them now. The first was nearly 4 years ago and the most recent was just a couple weeks ago. The first vehicle, an Endeavor, has been one of my most favorite vehicles to own. I love this SUV. Purchasing it was a breeze. Our sales rep, Paul Hepp, is very approachable, not pushy, and really listens to what we want and what we say we can afford. Negotiations were not difficult and only took about 15 minutes. I felt very happy with our deal. Since purchasing that vehicle we've had it serviced at O'Brien and that has also been a great experience. The service managers make things very easy, they explain what is needed, and the information they provide about the condition of the vehicle is very nice for planning future maintenance needs. I love being able to drop off the vehicle in the morning, grab free coffee from the lounge, then get a ride to work in their service shuttle. It's so convenient. This experience led us to purchase our next vehicle from O'Brien, a 2015 Outlander Sport. Again, we worked with Paul and the purchase process was very easy and we feel we got a fair price for the car. The one thing that I really love about O'Brien and Paul is that they stick with you after the sale. All too often once the sales person has made the sale, that's the last they return your call. This is not the case with Paul and I imagine that's just the O'Brien way. O'Brien Mitsubishi has earned our business and kept it with great service. Keep up the great work and we'll be customers for life.
