Zach Charlton at Obrien Mitsubishi in Bloomington is the guy to go to if you need a vehicle. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. My parents were looking to buy me a car and Zach sold us one that I absolutely love and is right in my price range. He was very professional and informative and I would recommend him to anyone!

Great Experience!

? I was recently helping look for a car for my mother in law whom lives in Iowa. Not the easiest when we live here in Illinois. Our sales person was Paul Hepp. He was such a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and willing to help with what ever we needed. In just two days of working over the phone and talking with me and my mother In law we were able to find the car she was wanting. Thanks Paul for your dedication and helpfulness in helping get the deal done. It went fast and smooth.

Excellent Customer Service

My Mom was in a car accident while I was in the hospital and it totaled my car. I found a Lancer GT and started working with Jay via email. He provided excellent customer service through the entire process. I would highly recommend him and O'Brien to anyone in the area or surrounding areas looking for a vehicle. I cannot say enough about how positive the experience was. Picked up my car today and the process was seamless. Thank you again, Jay, for making this process as easy as possible.

New Lancer

i came Thursday July 14 2016 i was looking to buy a used car i got a promotion at work so that means more responsibilities more work. i was so excited. My boyfriend and I run into Jay Miller hes approached us with a smile and helped us with everything. thanks to him i left with a brand new car that brought a lot a joy and happiness. Excellent customer service from Zach Charlton!

I walked into the O'brien Mitsubishi dealership not quite sure if I wanted a new or used car. I just knew I needed to get out of the car I was in. Zach was very patient with me and was extremely informative when answering all of my questions ranging from the car itself to my payment plan options. He never once rushed me or tried to push me into a decision. I ended up buying a brand new car while keeping my monthly payments right in my price range! Zach charlton made my car buying experience a great one and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. I will definitely be back to see him when I am ready for another car!!
