Kate led us through the process explaining everything . Well pleased with all aspects of our buying experience. Printer issues with Finance Manager, but he did everything he could to speed things along as we had a family dinner to get to.

Upon arriving my husband and I were not very hopeful that we were going to get what we set out for, as we knew we were shooting for the moon. After recently totaling our newest vehicle we were in search for a new vehicle, and then got the great idea we were going to shoot for TWO!! After what seamed like 5 hours and returning two days in a row James Rule took us on test drives in at least 4 different vehicles making sure he got us exactly what we wanted down to the very color and rim style my so picky husband "had to have" after feeling bad for James, we basically put him through the ringer, we purchased the two vehicles we were looking for. A 2019 outlander, and a 2017 outlander sport. James and the finance team made sure we are extremely happy and the payments are where we need them to be. Will be returning to James in the future when new vehicles are needed.

I normally don’t leave reviews but have to take the time to speak on my experience with James Rule talk about a honest trustworthy salesman that we be upfront about any vehicle you like and won’t try and force you into anything you don’t want. Thanks James you Rule and will be back in the future

The services dept always answer any questions I might ask no matter how insignificant they might be. Area exceptionally clean; car returned in good order. Waiting area pleasant.

I stopped at O'Brien Mitshubishi to look at 2019 Outlanders. Jay Miller showed me a vehicle of the color I wanted and has everything I was looking for. He did an excellent job. I was so happy he helped me. He was totally thorough and pleasant to work with. Billy Sweet did an excellent job as well helping with the paperwork and Kate was very helpful as well.
