1st car buying experience

Our Agent Jay really help us on getting my new car he work really hard for us to get it on the budget that i have.. plus he is really nice.. a great 1st experience for my first car

Wow! WHO rules at O'BrienMitsubishi? JAMES RULES!! Hands Down the most awesome person there! He took a process that is usually pretty "painful" and made it fun! He really made me feel like he had our backs and that we weren't going to be regretting this purchase 3 months later. (Literally just happened with the last car) After just talking for 10-15 minutes , James says "I think I know exactly what you want " BOOM. DONE. It is so perfect for our needs , even if I was trying to be difficult (On purpose) He handled it great! I was amazed how I was treated being a woman there without my husband. I was hesitant at first but James helped talk it all out! NO CONFUSION AT ALL! Great dude and can't wait to tell all my friends!

Always great service

I have purchased 3 Mitsubishi cars from Jay Miller. He has made me feel like I deserve the best deal and he always provides one. I have all the service done at the dealership in Normal and I am always happy with the service I receive.

Superb customer service

I bought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage. I met Cory Raley a few weeks earlier when I took my Outlander Sport in for servcie. I went to see Cory when it was time to replace a 12-year Chevrolet. From the start of our conversation I could tell I was in good hands. Cory took me through the process step by step, answering questions and explaining things in simple language I could understand. Most of all, he was concerned about what I wanted to buy, not what he wanted to sell me. He was very patient with me as I made decisions that led to the final outcome - my new car.

I’ve purchased two cars from O’Brien Mitsubishi now and also both from Jay Miller. Was a fun experience
