I waited and debated and procrastinated about this buying this car, long enough for the two Mitsubishi dealers in St. Louis, MO to shut down shop! When I finally decided to go get me the Outlander, I had to travel to Normal, IL. But it was all worth it. I had established contact with Jay Miller, and heading to the dealership, it felt like I already had an ally down there. The whole process was smooth, and Jay was awesome! If I had to buy a Mitsubishi again, I'd be happy to buy another one from Jay! He actually made the difference between me buying and stalling like I did all along.

As a mother of a disable daughter having reliable transportation is a must. So when I started having trouble with my 7 year old vehicle, I knew it was time to shop for a new one. Found the car online last Sunday. Was emailed by Jay Miller on Sunday to set up a time to test drive on Monday. Btw....the dealership is closed on Sundays. Was able to get in early on Monday as well. The whole process was easy...not surprising as this is the second O'brien car we've bought in 6 months. Billy in finance made the paper work super simple. Couldn't be happier.
