Everyone there was so welcoming they were so nice they work with you I was not sure if I would be able to get something but the person I referred me told me that I shouldn't have a problem I think everyone they're very much from the bottom of my heart I love my Kia soul but I think my husband loves it more than me I don't get a chance to drive it much lol

Mark is an excellent salesman!

Mark is an excellent salesman!! Every question I had, he had an answer for. I’m typically “hard to please” and he removed all stress from the sales process. And Mark knocked down all the walls I have, when it comes to car salesmen. As long as Guess Motors retains him, my family always will be a Guess motors customer!

My salesperson, Julie was very professional and knowledgeable of what the products she was selling. The part of no pressure and just answering my questions was very appreciated, Nice small town dealership to deal with and the service department did a good job getting everything ready for pickup of the new vehicle. The finance department was seamless had all the paperwork ready, had us in there and out within 15 minutes and paperwork was completed. Overall very good experience with Guess motors in Carrollton Ohio. Would buy another new vehicle there in the future. Thank you everyone for helping make my wife Linda and my experience. I Guess a good one.

I ordered a bronco raptor from Guess, more specifically

I ordered a bronco raptor from Guess, more specifically from Mark. He kept in great communication with me, giving me any and all updates regarding my order and always addressing my questions and concerns. I was afraid to get too excited because I have heard so many horror stories about dealerships cancelling customer orders to sell for more or increasing the price dramatically leading to customers having to accept it or sue but that isn’t how Guess operates. They were honest and straightforward and actually let me know when it came in that it would be alittle less than previously quoted by Ford. Mark was very kind and amazing to work with. I couldn’t be happier and have found my dealership.
