I wish I could leave a negative star review.
My experience at R and R auto group was terrible! Very very expensive!!! The dealership claims to a family like environment, not so much. R and R auto group didn't have full disclosure before I brought my car for an estimate. Their estimates are NOT FREE. THEY NEVER DISCLOSED THAT TO ME. I guess buyer beware if you go there for service or sales. My advice to you if you decide to shop there for service is bring a lawyer to review all paperwork before you sign it.

One of the worst in customer service
Ive never experiences a sales team so uninterested in making a sale. They acted like taking a phone call and sitting behind a computer was hard work, and every question I had was an annoyance. If you care about being treated like a valued customer- take your business elsewhere
