I wish I could leave a negative star review.

My experience at R and R auto group was terrible! Very very expensive!!! The dealership claims to a family like environment, not so much. R and R auto group didn't have full disclosure before I brought my car for an estimate. Their estimates are NOT FREE. THEY NEVER DISCLOSED THAT TO ME. I guess buyer beware if you go there for service or sales. My advice to you if you decide to shop there for service is bring a lawyer to review all paperwork before you sign it.

One of the worst in customer service

Ive never experiences a sales team so uninterested in making a sale. They acted like taking a phone call and sitting behind a computer was hard work, and every question I had was an annoyance. If you care about being treated like a valued customer- take your business elsewhere

I had a scheduled appointment to drop my vehicle off and ending up getting it there a few hours earlier They had no problem with that and even drove me home..

Great Service

Lou, at the service dept. is excellent. He is very professional, does all repairs on time, explains everything before he completes the work. I will never go anywhere else. R&R Auto Group is My dealership for life.

Puts the customer first

My Silverado 1500 needed an oil change and the service department worked around my turkey hunting schedule to do the service.
