Tom did a great job.

Tom did a great job. Had a 10:15 appointment and was taken in on time. While the car was getting serviced, I was receiving texts from Tom updating me with any items that needed to be addressed and the cost. I live close to Bridgewater Volvo but choose to drive the extra time and miles to get the services done at Smythe

Great job by Bob Cerza in matching my needs for a new

Great job by Bob Cerza in matching my needs for a new lease and delivering the vehicle in a super fast timeframe. (3 days!) He also spent a lot of time before the final selection answering all my questions and offering advice based on experience and practicalities (what the dealership has available). Have been doing business with Smythe since 2003 and Bob’s the best - tenacious to help the customer, professional, knowledgeable and patient! I recommend Bob to my friends and family. Also kudos to the Delivery Specialist Alex Piriz. Alex took me through the new features in a clear and concise manner. Helped me with some extra items in transferring from old to the new vehicle. Alex made the whole process so smooth! The car was spotless - like right off the showroom floor. Thanks to the Detail Team for that! So far it’s running beautifully and is beautiful to look at - love the Thunder Gray exterior matched with the Blonde interior!
