Explained everything from back to top, inside, outside, Alex is an excellent teacher, trainer, very professional and so well spoken. He showed me things…. Like “hey google” warm my car seat! Teaching an old man new tricks was wonderful. Make Alex a sales associate or move him up the ranks to sales manager. He even helped me move items from the old car to the new car…. How kind and considerate is that. He is a “gem”. Keep him around, because quality like Alex is mighty hard to find these days!
