Excellent Service

I was on a strict budget and was only looking for a used car. The sales man Danny showed me a brand new car that I fell in love with and went to bat for me to get that car within my budget. He was more than helpful. I never in a million years thought I would drive away in a new car. If your in the market for a car, see Danny, tell him I sent you.

Great service

I had my Ford Fusion serviced and checked as we are going on a long trip. As usual the service and staff was excellent. Carlos Santana is an outstanding service rep

Good People

I came for a regular oil change and they did the oil change only because they had already taken out the old oil. After they took it out, they saw it was quite clean. They recommended that I don't come in for oil changes so often as I don't need them that quickly. They were honest and actually could have just done it and I would not have been the wiser. So; they were looking out for me. I do appreciate what they do. I have two Ford Focuses (Foci, plural?), I got them both at this dealer and am quite happy with them. Thanks.

Great service

Jordan was extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to work with! We came in hoping to fix a recall issue with the sync system and ended up leaving with a brand new upgrade! Every person we delay with was professional and friendly. I have and will continue to recommend Quality Automall to friends and family!

Nice Facilities

Alan, the gentleman at the desk is always accommodating and helpful. He's the best!! One thing, I did think it rather pricey for an oil change...

Great service experience!

I went in for first oil service and a recall repair. I was waiting for my vehicle so I asked approximately how long it would take. Jeff (service rep) said it should not be longer than an hour and a half. Sure enough less than 90 minutes later my vehicle was ready. Great job Jeff!
