A+ car buying experience
I came into Quality Auto Mall in need of an SUV for my wife. I had previously gone to another Ford dealer and decided on a new Ford Escape. The other dealer was unable to provide me with the vehicle they had promised after 10 days. I met with a salesman at Quality late on a Wednesday night, the staff was able to appraise my trade while we negotiated. I ended up receiving a great deal on a 2016 Escape and was able to pick up the car the following day. The staff was able to work around my busy schedule and get my wife into an Escape quickly making this the best car buying experience I've had.
